Our orchard is beautiful -- see some fall apple picking photos

Drew Farms is a family owned and operated business that specializes in providing a family-fun atmosphere for apple picking--New England style. The pace is casual and you are free to wander around the orchard so that you and your family can enjoy your time outdoors. The orchard is perched on a hill that provides spectacular fall foliage viewing. The further up the hill you go, the better the view! The maples that are across the way from the orchard are at their peak color in mid September and the best view is just a short walk from the trailor drop off. Be sure to bring all you need for a wonderful day of picking and picnicking. We are open every day from 10 am to 5 pm.

Sorry, apple picking is over.

Apple Picking Prices:

We provide the bags, so please leave your containers at home (you will not be allowed to bring them into the orchard). Prices are by volume:

$22.00 Half Bushel (approximately 20 pounds of apples)

$12.00 Peck or 2 pecks for $22.00 (approximately 10 pounds)

$7.00 Half Peck (approximately 5 pounds)

WE REQUEST THAT EACH PERSON ENTERING THE ORCHARD PURCHASE AT LEAST ONE-HALF PECK BAG - OR THE EQUIVALENT - FOR THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY (FOR EXAMPLE, 1 PECK FOR 2 PEOPLE)

Pumpkins, Pumpkins, Pumpkins!

We now have pumpkins for sale in our retail area and pumpkin patch.

The price is 49 cents per pound.

We offer fresh picked-apples under our road-side tent. All apples available for sale are picked fresh daily.

On weekends, we also provide a free tractor drawn trailer ride to the orchard. Great fun for the kids (and pretty fun for the adults, too)!

Drew Farms offers a large selection of pumkins starting in mid September. We have a pumpkin patch that the kids can wander through to pick that very special pumpkin (beginning late September). The patch makes a great backdrop for cherished family photos.

We also have fresh pressed apple cider, bottled water, and old-fashioned root beer available.

As with all good things, there must be a few simple rules so that everyone can have an enoyable experience.

We ask that you please...

1. Do not climb the trees.

2. Do not throw the apples.

3. While on the trailer, please remain seated.

4. Do not leave your trash in the orchard. We have plenty of trash cans available in the parking and tractor ride area.

5. Use only Drew Farms apple bags. If you find you need another bag while picking, just find a staff member and s/he can provide you with additional bags.

6. We do allow well-behaved dogs into the orchard. HOWEVER, your pet must be leashed at ALL times.

------------You must bring appropriate bags to clean up after him/her. We will ask you to show us the waste bags and will not be allowed into the orchard if you do not have one. Please don't be the one to ruin a good thing for everyone--you must be diligent and take care to clean up after and dispose of your dog's messes. We enjoy being able to allow families to bring their dogs, but we cannot tolerate it if it becomes a nuisance for everyone.

------------We reserve the right to ask you (and your pet) to leave if we determine that he/she is unruly or simply frightening to our other pickers.
